my requirements are i should generate pulses of frequency of 100khz. i should use it for closed loop hardware testing also..i m thinking of buying arduino due...need reviews about it..and comparison between uno and due too

Hi,

The Due as very different to the 'standard' arduino and if you look at the Arduino site it details the main differences, probably the most important is that the Due is a 3v3 device so you will have lots of compatability issues with other hardware and shields.

Would suggest the UNO R3 is the most compatible and supported of all the variations - have one myself.

However you will have to look at the UNO and the other Arduino boards in respect of their ability to produce an accurate 100khz signal direct.
