I need to create one GUI program for one of my embedded project , which programing language is best for GUI . in my case I am good in c language, is it here any programs are available to create GUI using c language
 

The hardware platform, much more than other factors, is what will dictate the suitable options for your selection. Give us more details.

For a quick development you can use Java, which by the way, has a specific version for embedded systems, and has the advantage to be freeware.
