Hi,
How can I draw a via to ground in momentum ADS ?
I want to simulate a CPWG structure and I want to connect the top metal to the buttom ground.

following aglient's guide, I can not finish a via. any one can explain it detailedly

Hi
Did you map the “via layer” while defining the substrate? If yes, just draw a conductor pad exactly where you want to place the via. Change the layer to the via layer (the same one that is mapped in the substrate). Draw a circle (general shape of a via) using the drawing tools. This will be the via passing through the layer to which the via layer was mapped while defining the substrate.
