gravity and gravitational force is the same thing. Fundamentally, two masses are attracted to each other by a force that is proportional to M1*M2/r^2. where M1 and M2 are the mass of two objects and r is the separation between them. So gravity that is felt on earth is the force where the mass of Earth is M1 and mass of your body is M2 and r is the radius of the earth (+/-). Since a force is being felt and the force is equal to mass * acceleration, then your body is always feeling an acceleration toward the Earth of ~9.8 meters/sec^2 or 32 feet/sec^2. It is of note that you are causing an attractive force onto the earth as well, but the mass of the Earth is so much greater than the mass of your body, the effect is imperceptible.
Have Fun and hope this helps.
