[PIC] Graphical LCD(KS0108 based) header files for interfacing with PIC16F877A(Hightech C)

I am trying to interface JHD12864 Graphical LCD(KS0108 LCD controller based) with PIC16F877A using MPLAB and Hightec C.Can anybody help me to make header files for it.The code which I get is enclosed here.but it doesn't work properly.Also I need code for drawing images on it

Is there any pullup required In my circuit?

With the included functions in your program test.c,I don't think you need any header files.The functions seem to be good enough to do the job.Could you explain what are you really trying to do with the program test.c,what is your expected result/event and what are you actually getting.?

That code doesn't working.I tested my circuit with micro C program.It works properly.So there is something miss in the code.Also I need function to draw image on the GLCD.
