Hello we are going to do a project which have
1. automatic collision alarming
2. speed range anouncement
3. theft detection

if you have any idea abt these using gps+gsm pls help me

I think you need to have ADC in your GSM kit for most of your sensing .....I think SIM300 have ADC which you can use in time sheared manner and USE any of Micro-controller with slightly decent memory should help you to complete your project....
