gps and gsm modem with atmega32 and communicating parallely

gps and gsm modem must be connected with single avr mcu.
and communicating with avr at same time without any switch.
my requirement is to get connected at the same time with gps and gsm both.
i know that happens,at the same time both can be connected through coding in avr.we can make two serial port in avr mcu.but do not know how to make this
