gps accuracy,gps module performance

Hi,
I'm working with GPS module for VTS since long time and the lack of accuracy of these modules is very much embarrassing. I used gps module from simcom and quectel . Last time I've used L50 from Quectel which is Sirf IV and I'm still facing the same problem.Some one please suggest me to get around this problem.Is there any other module which can be used to cure this situation ?
