Dear All,
I am desperately trying to do parameterized analysis on gpdk180 nmos1 devices. When I set geometrical dimensions (W,L) as variables (by just substituting default values with strings), simulation cannot complete. The reason for that is that the formulas used by the model to calculate diffusion areas & perimeter are not recognized . I attach the output log and other screenshot.
Any help will be appreciated, as the reference manual for gpdk180 does not state a clear procedure to parameterize nmos1 geometry...
