gpdk090 spice models for mosfets

Hello,

I am designing an ADC in cadence with gpdk090 library . I want to know the values of threshold voltage , K etc. for the mosfets in gpdk library so that i can do hand calculations. How to know them? I have seen datasheets but were of no help.

Please help
