Good DC to DC converter

Dear All,

I need to have a dc-dc converter in which input is 20-60V and output is 13.5V @ 2Amp.
Please suggest .

Good DC to DC converter

i think u can use UC3845 . for doing this application the most simple way is using TOP switches such as TOP226 but since the range of 20 to 60 volt input is approximately large UC3845 is better .

You can use a SimpleSwitcher from National, such as LM2576HV. It only needs a few caps a diode and an inductor and can provide up to 3A.

what about LT1070.

many of the IC companies have a spreadsheet which you fill in and it shows up your idela comntroller

try national.com linear.com ti.com fairchild onsemi unitrode Maxim supertex etc etc
