Can anyone send me good stuffs on basics of Microcontroller
 

Are you looking for a more practical book about how to use and program, microcontrolers? If so, I can recommend Embedded C Programming and the Microchip PIC by Barnett, Cox and O'Cull.

Are you looking for a book on design of microcontroller silicon?
