Need help urgently, i want to turn on and off a single LED using PIC16F88

Anyone knows the schematic or coding ?

One more question, the MCLR pin at the PIC16F88, what's the purpose ?

Many knows sch and coding...
Do you try to solve your problem with search on internet, before ask on edaboard?
