Glitch time in Phase Frequency Detector

I've readed some paper about PFD design, and some paper give their parametter table. One of the parametter is "Glich time" and i have no idea with it. I've tryed googled but it seem to no book or document talk about it. Can anybody tell me what is it and how to measure it ?

Is this the loop settling time, when the detector is upset by a "glitch"?. Can you give an example ?.
