Give me some suggestion about high resolution pipelined ADC

I need to design a 12bit 50MHz pipelined ADC. But I think it's very difficult and I don't have a good ideal about it. Anyone have the experience please give me some suggestion or some paper to read. And anyone want to talk avout it is welcome.
