I am trying to interface 6" seven segment displays(8 nos).
I am using TIP127 to multiplex the power supply(24Vdc) with opto isolation and ULN2803 for driving the data.I am using PIC 16F877A where PORTB is used for Data and PORTD for multiplexing.now the problem i am facing is that when i try to send the data,segments corresponding to data of all displays start glowing.
the actual data of the display will be displayed bright and the data to the other will be displayed dim. what could be the problem?
the same program i'd used for driving small 7 segments and was working fine.
can anyone help me bu providing a driver schematics for this?
