i am getting 0.7 error on negative clipping. Is there any possible modification that we can make to the below circuit to eliminate that error 0.7v.

There is no error, it is normal.
The diode has its cathode connected to ground (0V) so it conducts when the input goes positive and clips the output to about +0.7V.
When the input goes negative then the diode is reverse biased and does not conduct so the output is the same as the input with a peak of -5V.

To eliminate the 0.7V error, use an OP-AMP based precision rectifier. The error will be reduced to a few micro-volts.

Hi Bhuvanesh
Of course there are many ways to achieve it ! first of all you must know that that's not surprising ! every diode will deal with some voltage across itself while it's conducting !
Anyway , you can use an op amp to remove it , and make it more precise , or perhaps using a series diode with your out put which will remove it but it will add a bit cross over distortion too that i think that isn't important in your case .
Best Wishes
