I tried to get the gm_id curves by use of modifying the oceanscript. I did get the desired data by adding "ocnPrint(?output "~/gmid.dat" ?numberNotation 'scientific getData("N0:gm"),getData("N0:id"),getData("N0:vdsat"),getData(“N0:cgs”))". but the problem is that it applies only for one parameter sweeping , when i want multiple parameter sweep, e.g. the gm_id curves for varying L, I need to run the simulation at different L manually. Is there any solutions to that? Can I get the sweep data at varying L automatically? Any sugesstion is appreciated!

Did you try and run the L-sweep simulation and all your needed data output manually, then export the session to an ocean script, then check, and - if necessary - modify it?

I think you'll be happier later, if you use external files and
save data inside each inner loop. Don't insist that Ocean
handle everything, it's not that smart or tolerant. You
also might benefit, if you have multiple servers at your
call, by forking out individual jobs instead of looping; an
iteration that fails, might lose you everything after it
unless you're real thorough about error handling and you
don't know how thorough you are until too late.

From your initial .ocn script it ought to be easy to change
a variable and make N others, and tie up as many licenses
as there are on your license server. And, bonus, you will
make many new friends ;p

Thanks for your suggestion. The problem has been solved by generating the oceanscript from the paramatric analysis tool, rather than the main ADE panel.

Your comment is quite helpful, thanks a lot!
