GE site pro 40 kva does not start after a pm please help.

Site pro 40 kva does not start after a preventive mainteance, where can i get the spares. Earlier ivertor cannot be turned off message, proceeded with total off and does not start.

inverter switching on with target voltage 150v and gives output of 150v at transformer with q1 off.
while giving 220v as target and invertor automatacllly switched off, out put voltage raised to 80v and tripped, giving message IS MAX DETECTION.
Checked all LEMs, wiring, flat cables, control signals etd
what are the other suspectable parts, please help,,,
