GDSII Viewer and/or print facility ?

I have a large GDSII file to view (a whole 2Million gate chip)
that I would like to see and if possible print.

Can someone suggest me a good program to view/print it (preferably open-source).

I tried GDSdisplay from Dolphin.fr but it is terribly slow....

Any other options ?
 

Is there any GDS tools out there that will print to a standard bubble jet? SOCGDS only works with a plotter.
