GaN power amplifier and Gate voltage

I designed a GaN power amplifier and test it
when i increse the input power the gate voltage increse
i dont knowe why??
pleas help me???
 

It's called as "Impact Ionization" so it's a kind of leakgae current through the gate.
Normal..
