Fuse error K182 programmer

when trying to flash a hex file compiled from mikroc 5.3 using kitrus 182 programmer, i gets an error

0x2007 Bad 0x2F0A good 0x3F3A

I have attached the projectView attachment SoftWare Max7219 Project.zip
