Function properties window problem in Cadence 5.033

Hi all,
I just installed Cadence 5.033 on my system. In Virtuoso Schematic and Layout Composer when I press "m" or select move function from menu, the function works but I cannot see its properties dialog box where I used to select move properties such as horizontal, vertical, any angle etc. This problem is same for other functions such as copy...
I didn't have this problem in version 4.46.
What kind of settings should I do to bring it back?

I don't know how to change setting, but if you press F3 this window will pop up.

I have found how to change setting:
CIW -> Options -> User Preference -> Option Displayed When Command Start (set this option)
 

Some times the windows pop up out of the limit of your display. You can try to continuous open up the Move function windows, then you will see the windows go down each time you press "M' and then just go out of your monitor
 

you will probably find out that some setups for 446 and 5x are different. What that means that setups you had in 446 are not loaded or recognized by 5x
