Hi friends, Iwould like to design Fully differential TIA with specs
BW: 200M, Phase margin:60 deg, Signal to noise ratio: -90dB, slew rate:200 V/us,
can anyone which one can i use.. i mean is it folded cascode or telescopic or any other thing to meet those specs..
any idea?? plz
