Hello,When I use the tool of MBISTArchitecture to create the Full-speed MBIST controller for a synchronous RAM,there is always warning:
// Warning: Automatic conversion of BIST structure SY180_256X1X2CM4_bist for fullspeed operation failed.
// ** Successfully added BIST circuitry.
Who can tell me the reasons,thanks in advance!
 

Is there anybody who know how to create Full-speed MBIST controller with the mentor tool of MBISTArchitecture?
