I have implemented the full bridge inverter to provide pulse wave of the output voltage. using 2 kinds of switches but the sparks which are noticed in both results seems too annoying and will effect the load circuit which connected to resonant thank and rectifier as well to achieve series resonant thank.
My question is how can I overcome this issue if u got any idea??
where the switching frequency is 50 Khz

for first graph I have used IGBT(IRG4PH30KDPBF) with diode recovery

and the second graph i have used tow IGBT module, 1200 volt 100A half bridge (DMG2100SH12AL) which are connected to be a full bridge.

I expect incorrect measurements in a first order. A bridge converter with usual low inductance bus capacitors don't allow this voltage peaks because the diodes are clamping the output.

It's not clear at first sight which kind of voltage probe has only several 100 mV output. Is it a 1000:1 probe? Differential probe?
