FSK modem using PSoC

Hi Good afternoon everybody....
I have to design FSK modem using PSoC.. I have done ground work and found that i have to give 2 i/p's
carrier(10MHz),digital data to be modulated and o/p is modulated data.. I am unable to understand what is frequency deviation that i can observe as it's a FM signal.. How it's achieved using PSoC kit..
Kindly give some suggestions to implement it..
