Friendly arm development board or EMBEST - EM-LPC1768

I am new in ARM and for RTOS. And I want to buy a development board for learning. Please suggest which one is better friendly arm or EMBEST - EM-LPC1768.

Both kits uses different cores : ARM CORTEX-M3 and ARM11.
You must specify the target application in order to allow us evaluate performance requirements.

I know both are different core. my aim is to develop the application for the instrument which contain the function like GUI, USB etc. I am new for ARM and RTOS. Acutely i am working on the atmel avr mega series. And on small application like AC and DC voltmeter, temperature meter, ph meter etc. And I want to go to control system and DSP. And I know both of these not support DSP. I chose them because
their tool chain and help are available on net.
