Hey All,
I'm calculating the power for writing to an embedded memory used in a wireless sensor node. I have its writing time and it equals 0.2ns, while the current required for the writing is assumed to be 600uA. Hence the energy consumed is 600u*0.2n = 0.12 pJ. Now I need to calculate the power for writing knowing that the frequency of the sensor node is 40MHz. So, P = E*f = 0.12p*40M = 4.8uWatt. Is my calculation correct??
Thanks in advance.
