Hello
I need to measure the frequency of a RF CW signal which has a frequency range between 800~1500 MHz.
I had designed a circuit with LMX5080 and it works fine but the problem is this chip and other similar chips are no
longer in production . I have to revision my circuit and i looking for new ICs. I need to divide RF signal by 128 or 64
for reading precision i am looking for. Divided RF must be converted to a level supported by FPGA devices such CMOS or LVDS.

Do you know any replacement or other solution for this goal ?

Thanks for your support.

Google "2GHz prescaler" there are many devices that work at those frequencies.
