Frequencies of clocks for transition faults ATPG

Is it necessary to provide frequency of all functional clocks to the ATPG tool to generate patterns for transition faults by an ATPG tool?
 

No. In most cases, ATPG tools already assume the design has been timing closed and the generated patterns are the same whatever the frequency is.
