Hi :| i need advice for this freq doubler simulation, I'm new to ADS, and unsure if ADS models for the specific diode i'm using in the hardware and when i click on the diode model in ADS there is alot of parameters that i'm required to filled up yet this are not available in the datasheet of the diode.. wat should i do then?
I need to do both DC and Harmonic similation.
Is using SPICE a easier simulation tool?
Thanks in advance

Freq doubler

You have to find the diode model from the manufacturer .. then fill them is as much as you can... I think

Re: Freq doubler

ads , have a very wide range of diode models , and if u get the datasheet ,
and just enter the data u see in the datasheet , and leave the others with the default values

and simulate . and be sure the HB , is great tool for frequency doubles

khouly
