Freeware tools instead of TIs Code studio

DSP IDE required

Hi all,

I am using TMS320LF2406a in my applications. The problem is that TI's Code composer studio is very expensive and we dont want to gor for that. Could any one pl suggest me some freeware like GNU tools.
GNU is supporting C6x architectures but not sure about its usefulness for C2X, my processor.

Pl suggest.
