free dc/dc design program

hi

i am looking for a small (windows) application which can be used to calculate DC/DC converter parameters for design, like ripple currents, inductor values.... and not locked to any IC manufacturer's procucts.

I have an excell sheet, but i dont want to open excell (i have openoffice at work, it takes half minute to open it). a small windows program, single .exe file would be nice.

Im sorry that Im not of any help to you, but do you think you could post the version you currently have? It would really help me out!

i doubt it is possible...different controllers have different set-ups, and the transfer function can vary from part to part.......for example, many have a different pullup resistor for the opto feedback connection.
