Hi, all,

Can any some give me some details data of the correlation between FR4 dielectric constant (Dk) vs. temperature? Such as data sheet or a curve?

I had tried to google it, but i did not find any numbers. I need these different Dk numbers of different temperatures in simulation.

Thanks in advance!

Elber

FR4 means different things to different manufacturers! The best thing would be to build a structure on the same material you intend to use, and measure it drift over temperature.
