Want to know on apllication basis how we can diffrentate a fpga and a cpld...
what are those application what a controller can do but not a fpga....

FPGA ram based
CPLD rom based

you can implimment MCU on FPGA but it will cost way more then MCU

Please search this forum for keywords such as fpga cpld difference and you will find many previous discussions.

What do you mean by "controller"? FPGAs and CPLDs are commonly used to control things.

Controller means if you are thinking about specific architecture then
in that way you need to utilise the architecture given to you for specific task

IN case of FPGA and CPLD you need to design H/W for that way

micro controller has do Fetch, Decode, Execute
in FPGA or CPLD s we have to design hardware..
