Found a strange IC ATMLU114, is EPROM ?

I've got few IC from local flea market along with some other stuff. I don't know whether it's EPROM or anything else. Here is the image. Google unable to retrieve any useful information !

In first line : ATMLU114
In 2nd line : 2GB 2
In 3rd line : .0F2319

It's pin no. 2 is shorted with pin no. 1

Anybody could pl. tell me what's the IC it is?
