For about a week or more I have been forced to log on twice in order to get logged on
in spite of using the correct name/pwd (I tried being careful).

I enter the details and it accepts them but refreshes the page
as if I hadn't logged on.

Enter the details a second time and it logs on ok.

could someone take a look at that please?

Better use "remember me" option, if it is your computer. Support is limited.

I need more information about your computer.
Operating system.
Browser version.
Do you accept cookies?
Have you tried remember me option?

It seems fixed today.
Your forum should be providing all the information you requested
but you dont need any of that to check the fault I reported.
I am somewhat disturbed that you should even ask for it.

Are you sure? My system has internet explorer and google chrome. When I log From one browser and open another page in the other browser, I have to login, it seem they don't accept each other cookies or whatsoever.

Forum software does not necessarily snatch all the information about your computer like a trojan to make it handy to solve a compatibility issue.

It's better for users do not store any privacy informations.
Looks like this was a problem with your software. I have nothing changed.
