hi all;

there is some one , can tell me , for which interval for phase margin , can we say that the system is stable???

regards ;

Stability is criteria that begs a requirement for functional performance on overshoot, ripple, jitter etc. This is what drives the stability gain and phase margin. But also note that the margin changes with opearting conditions that affect SNR or load/capacity ratio or some other gain factor.

If you know how to generate worst case conditions, 10 deg phase margin may pass but 30 deg min is desired.
THe closer to 0 deg, the more overshoot and lower dampening factor or more ringing is expected.
