sir, plz give me a transisterized diagram of analog to digital converter. i will use this diagram for generating h-spice code. its my mini-project.
 

You need to start by deciding what type of a/d converter you want to design. Also, how fast it must be, and how many bits of accuracy you need.

Do you have to use only discrete transistors, or can you use integrated circuits like comparators or a microcontroller?

This seems like a bad choice for a mini-project; a/d converters are complicated.
