Does any one should know about how read and write FM25L256 FRAM
How can I build low cost programmer
Who is the manufacture?
is it obsolete model?

you can download the Ramtron data sheet which has details on read/write operations etc from

the FM25L256 has an SPI interface so any microcontroller with an SPI interafce would do
I suggest a low cost development board such as Microchip's microstick

it has onboard programmer and a header to plug into a breadboard for your own circuits
