Hi. I am from Hyderabad, India.
I am doing a research project using FM.
For this we need FM experimental licence.
anyone know the procedure for applying FM experimental licence?

You will have to contact your local government ageny in charge of radio communucations about the application process which may take a considerable time.
If you need to radiate a signal and can keep the power levels low enough that the signal will not be readily detectable outside your premisis then you can probably get away without one.
If what you are proposing to do is compatible with the terms of an amateur radio licence in India then that may be another option that could be a quicker and cheaper route.
