Any chance of finding out where to get Fluke 93 Scopemeter schematics? I have been all over the web as well as the folks who Ebay these scopes. The unit I have will not power up. Some prelim looksee shows the on/off switch either pulls down or pulls up on an IC input. One of my problems is this scope seems to have several different grounds. I can't find a consistent ground such that I get logic power supply values when I probe over several componets connected to the circuit. I think it has a boot strap circuit using a LM 358 but when I use the gnd associated with the LM 358 the logic values are no longer reasonable.
I'm in the same boat.. Not sure about yours, but on mine, there's a big 10V cap, which I suspect is for the main 5V supply. The PS squeals, and the cap never gets over about 2.5 volts. I have this ugly feeling that some custom Fluke IC is shorted internally, but I haven't noticed anything getting hot yet. Did you ever get yours working? Ever find a schematic?
