Flowchart Type Programming for PIC ,8051 ,AVr Etc

Can We Have Some Insite of This ,I Mean is there a Flowchart Type Programming Language That Is Easy to Use To Control a MCU and then Once we execute it generates hex or asm code .Your Valuable Comments are required i am basically searching for a 8051 visual programming language

and download PICAXE Programming editor, open it and select New Flowchart option, and off you go ..
But ... , it is only good for PICAXE microcontrollers ..

Sir ,
today i am Bumping My 41 Months Old Post .Well I Saw The Website Today again .They Have Nothing for The 8051 Series .Just For the Following

1 : ARM
2 : AVR
3 : DSPIC
and PIC .

Anyone With Any Updates on This One Please
