fit single phase transformer to 3 phase system.

Hi
I have a 3 phase system with no neutral. I have approx 415v between phases. Can I fit a single phase transformer across two phases to get my 115v single phase output? I want to connect this to 115Vac PSU with a 24Vdc output.
