Is there a way in SPICE netlist to specify fingers of a MOSFET?

I know that if I want MOS in parallel, I can use M=x in SPICE, but what if I want
them in serial, with Source/Drain sharing?

of cource, if you want to the transistors are connected in series, one's source have to be shared with the other one's drain.eg:

Added after 2 minutes:

in series the spice netlist is:
Mn1 nd1 ng1 b gnd w=**,L=**, m=**
Mn2 b ng2 gnd gnd w=**, L=**, m=**

in parallel the spice netlist is;
M** nd Ng2 gnd gnd w=** L=**, m=**

best regards
