however, i can't find Channel capacity, C because there is not enough information..
Shannon capacity is C=Wlog_2{1+S/N} Here you know the bandwidth but the error free data rate, tells you at 4800bps your SNR is infinite. Now, you can take different SNR values and compute the channel capacity knowing the available bandwidth. You have to make a plot for the Eb/No for different values.
