find load and oxide capacitance of a inverter in a specific temperature

for a sensitive use, i need the load capacitance at the output of a inverter in a 3 stage ring oscillator in a specific temperature, also i need the oxide capacitance at the same temperature (and so i need know the eox in that temperature),
i don't know how i can get the exact capacitance and also value of eox in that temperature, i work with 0.18um tsmc library and i'll deliver the simulation result using hspice. please help me how i can get these with the help of parameters exist in library.

The load capacitance at the output is the capacitance by which you load the output - so it's up to your application ;-)

The SiO2 capacitance is essentially independent of temperature. For the value, see this posting resp. thread.
