filter problem: xilinx blockset

my output image will have some of lag, how do i solve it?

image ---> filter ---> output image

eg.

Image ---> Filter ----> output image
------- ------ -------------
ABC -------------------> IGH
DEF -------------------> CAB
GHI -------------------> FDE

different alphabet represent pixels. i could not get back the original position of the pixels.
