file transfer through ftp..help needed

I am connecting my PC to Embedded system though ftp.(the physical connection is through USB).But the embded system is not receiving my executable file which is transferred any of the system in n/w.It receives small files of length 2KB.But for more than that it fails..I even tried tftp ,filezilla,and telnet to do that.Pls hlp me in this regard.

Is your connection real usb or usb to tcp/ip?

it is usb to tcp/ip..wat more detaills u want..my Embedded board is SBC2800.Which is connected to a computer(other than mine).This board has IP address.So I am connecting that board through ftp.
